The implementation of Retano Loyalty&CRM at MEGO — a locally-owned retailer in Latvia with 90+ stores and over 100,000 daily customers — is now in its final stage, with the launch planned by the end of the year 2025.

All preparatory work has been successfully completed. Key project milestones include full integration of the Retano Loyalty&CRM platform with MEGO’s ERP and point-of-sale (POS) systems — all of which have been thoroughly tested to ensure seamless operation. In parallel, the mobile app, a central pillar of the new loyalty experience, has been customized to meet MEGO brand identity.
MEGO customers will be able to use the app to receive personalized offers, stay informed about promotions, and easily access their rewards and real-time updates on special campaigns. Altogether, this creates an engaging experience that brings customers loyalty to the next level.
